I had the unfortunate circumstance of getting a flat tire right as I was driving down Fitzhugh at 290. Luckily, the staff at Edgestone were right there and helped me right away. The tire was irreparable, but they put the spare tire on for me and refused money when I asked how much for their help. These are good people and I will definitely go back when I need any work done on my car. Thank you!

I live in Georgetown and was driving into Dripping Springs for a job and all of the sudden I started hearing a ticking sound after leaving a red light. As I approached the next one, I then heard a hissing sound and pulled into a gas station immediately. I walked around to my rear passenger side 35x12.5 tire and saw a razor blade sticking out of the sidewall. Luckily Edgestone Automotive was in the next parking lot over so I quickly drove over there and unfortunately they had technically not opened for business yet, however I saw Drew on the premises and explained my situation to him and that time was of the essence. He kindly put my Jeep in the front of the line and got my tire changed so fast that I was able to make my appointment on time. HOWEVER, the icing on the cake was when I pulled out my debit card to pay and he said "No Way, I am not charging you". I was shocked and thankful. If I lived in Dripping Springs I wouldn't go anywhere else for automotive services. Thank you for your kindness Drew!

Outstanding service and communication. Dropped off and picked up the same day. I really liked the Edgestone Cursory Inspection; a link was sent via text with pictures and explanations/notes. Clean facility and friendly staff. I would highly recommend.

Our company delivery truck broke down down the street from Edgestone. I was able to come out and take the part of but was having trouble finding a replacement. Drew printed out multiple engine diagrams for our truck so that we were able to identify what we needed. We got a reasonable price and had the part in hand within 2 hours. There was no pressure to get it serviced on-site which made it possible for my delivery driver and I to have the truck repaired and back on the road and finish the deliveries before the end of day. It's never fun when trucks break down, but I'm very grateful that it broke down near Edgestone.

Drew and the team at Edgestone did a great job w my wife’s VW Atlas. They got us in within 24 hours and kept me updated with what issues they found. Runs great now and will be back for sure. Thanks y’all

Just bought an Infiniti Q70 and took my car there because it's close to my house. Clean shop. I made an appointment, took it in at the appointed time, and they looked at my car right away. They spent at least 30 minutes on it and didn't charge me a thing for the check up. Later I took the car back to have the brake job they recommended. I was in and out within 2 hours. They even let me look under the car when it was lifted to take some pictures. Very professional, clean work, fast, affordable. Both times I went there, I noticed only high end cars there. Probably a reason for that... because people with high end cars want it done right and don't want to pay a stealership for b.s. I will be going back.

I called Ben White Automotive when my vehicle was clearly well over-due for a brake check and repair. Bobby was extremely helpful over the phone and helped me to pre-determine what type of repair work and cost I was in for. Bobby and the mechanics at BWA made sure that I was well aware of the repairs, the warranty on parts and what to expect after the repairs. They reminded me to pop in anytime if I had any questions regarding my recent "check engine light" or my new brake pads and rotors. Because this was a last minute and intense repair for my vehicle, I wasn't as well prepared as I should have been in regards to finding transportation to and from work that day. Bobby and his staff ensured I got to where I needed to go quickly and on time. They also made sure I had arrangements to get back to my vehicle. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service, on all levels...and my vehicle feels like new again!

Edgestone has taken absolutely great care of my car! I love that they text and check how everything went after my visit. I also enjoy just being able to text to make appointments and ask questions. The staff is above professional. I would recommend them above everyone else.

I recently moved to Austin, TX close to the business where I had my 2007 Chevy Silverado Diesel serviced for AC blower issues. The service manager Gary gave me a projected cost for the repairs, but also advised if I did not need certain parts that I ordered, the final cost would be adjusted. Gary was true to his word and the total cost would be approximately $300.00 cheaper than originally quoted. This first impression and honesty presented to me will have a lasting effect on me utilizing and recommending Ben White Automotive to friends and family for future repairs. I highly recommend this business for your automotive repairs.

Excellent service and quality work done same day. I brought my truck into get several issues taken care of and it was not running well at all. They diagnosed the problem and was able to get me my truck fixed the same day. After the tune up and the work that they did, my truck runs great. Gary was honest and knew exactly what was wrong... I have taken my vehicle to Edgestone a few times and every time I drive away a happy customer. This last time I had to have a bit more work done than usual and I was nervous since most places I had ever gone to weren’t honest. Edgestone has always been honest and told when I did and didn’t need something repaired. They are very punctual and keep me updated the entire time. All work done has held and I have never had to take it back. I am now a loyal customer!

Love everyone at Edgestone! Great service, honest and on time. After the initial diagnosis and quote, the mechanic found that I actually didn't need some of the new parts. Rather than replace them anyway and bill me, they updated the quote and didn't replace working parts. Class act.
