Trustworthy automotive shop in our neighborhood, they have been good to our cars.

First time visitor today. The shop, location and staff are great and very professional. Gary was very helpful in educating me about the recommended oil & filter to maximize the life of my engine on my 2013 Ford F-150 Truck. He also showed me how I can monitor the tread of my tires to know when it is time for a tire rotation. Great service and great folks! I will definitely be back! James

The team at Edgestone Automotive restored my confidence in my Mini. They were quick to pinpoint/fix the issues and had me back on the road the next day! Happy customer. It’s SO nice to have a reliable garage that’s close to home and not have to trek an hour to the dealership. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our company delivery truck broke down down the street from Edgestone. I was able to come out and take the part of but was having trouble finding a replacement. Drew printed out multiple engine diagrams for our truck so that we were able to identify what we needed. We got a reasonable price and had the part in hand within 2 hours. There was no pressure to get it serviced on-site which made it possible for my delivery driver and I to have the truck repaired and back on the road and finish the deliveries before the end of day. It's never fun when trucks break down, but I'm very grateful that it broke down near Edgestone.

Excellent service and quality work done same day. I brought my truck into get several issues taken care of and it was not running well at all. They diagnosed the problem and was able to get me my truck fixed the same day. After the tune up and the work that they did, my truck runs great. Gary was honest and knew exactly what was wrong... Have been using Edgestone’s services for a few years now. Everyone there is always very professional and happy to help. I’ve never had a complaint. They’ve even advised me NOT to spend money on certain repairs I thought I needed to make in the past. They’ve earned my trust!

I just happened to break down right in front of the shop! The guys really came through and helped me out of a jamb. It’s a friendly, yet professional atmosphere. Most importantly, they did what they said they would. Quote was accurate, pricing was fair and turn around was quick!!! No unwanted “surprises”, just a great job all round. Drew and the crew at Edgestone are my go-to group for service on my older Jeep Wrangler. They have knowledgeable staff and service. I've been going there for 4 years now and I'll continue to!

They were quick to get my car in and actually went on a Saturday to get a part that was needed to be able to get my repairs done even though they were closed. Kept me informed on the progress the entire time. First time I had not gone to dealership for my yearly maintenance (Mercedes) and it saved me several hundred dollars. I will be back!

I had the unfortunate circumstance of getting a flat tire right as I was driving down Fitzhugh at 290. Luckily, the staff at Edgestone were right there and helped me right away. The tire was irreparable, but they put the spare tire on for me and refused money when I asked how much for their help. These are good people and I will definitely go back when I need any work done on my car. Thank you!

Love everyone at Edgestone! Great service, honest and on time. After the initial diagnosis and quote, the mechanic found that I actually didn't need some of the new parts. Rather than replace them anyway and bill me, they updated the quote and didn't replace working parts. Class act.
