I needed my transmission level checked and a multipoint inspection in preparation for a road trip. Edgestone was able to take my car in the next morning and did everything I expected for a great price. Friendly and professional service.

I rarely leave reviews—honestly, it’s usually only when something is either a true 5-star experience or something people need to be warned about.
I’ve been looking for my mechanic for years. I had a great shop a while back, but after the office manager left, things went downhill fast. Ever since then, I’ve been trying to find a place I can trust again.
I got a coupon in the mail from Edgestone, and since they’re only about 10 minutes from my house, I figured I’d give them a shot.
Wow—I’m genuinely impressed.
First off, they let you schedule an appointment and wait while the work is being done, which is huge. If it’s going to take longer, they even have loaner vehicles available, which makes life a lot easier.
More importantly, they’re honest, friendly, and willing to take on just about anything—even jobs they may not have done before. Their pricing is fair (I’m not looking for the cheapest shop—you get what you pay for), and I’ve never felt like I was overcharged.
At this point, they’ve become my go-to shop for everything—oil changes, installs, all of it. They’ve handled everything on my Tacoma—from installs like the Prinsu rack to routine maintenance—and I trust them with it completely.
I’m not planning on going anywhere else.

Been dealing with a shaky car for the last two years where it would vibrate violently any time I drove over 50mph. Edgestone had it fixed same day! Can’t thank this team enough. The signup and check out process were super smooth. They ordered me an uber home and back once my car was ready. To top it off I was surprised with a cute little card and a bag of peanuts left in my car. Best customer service and automotive shop in Austin. I won’t take my car anywhere else.

I have used Edgestone Automotive in the past and just recently needed their assistance again. Their work is always spot on. I appreciate they're always willing to work with me to find the safest and most cost affective way to proceed. Bobby and the gang is the way to go for your vehicle repairs. I enjoy a good sense of humor, a caring attitude and somebody who isn't afraid of talking with you and asking questions when dealing with anyone, so Bobby is your Man and Edgestone should be your plan. The service was great!
The staff were awesome to meet! They were very friendly, they explained everything in detail and more importantly, very very honest about what needed to be done and what could wait until the next visit.
The message that they send prior to talking to you face-to-face, was very detailed, informative, and was great to know the actual rating of everything in all of the pictures that were also sent.
I highly recommend Edgestone Automotive!

Had front brakes and rotors replaced. Car slows very smoothly now like when new. Job was done very well and getting appointment was easy. First time thrre but might make it my goto repair place in the future.
