Edgestone has been amazing at texting me a health check of my car! Seeing the break downs of what is looking good and what needs TLC helps me keep figure out what is priority. When huge fixes are needed like mine needing brake pads and rotors on both front and rear replace their estimate had a full break down of cost with labor and parts. It also included recommendations for a brake flush. I've been driving my car not quite a week but they have already reached out to see how things were going! I really appreciated that check in. So glad I've found a great place to take my car!

I was extremely happy with my experience at Edgestone. I had a difficult time finding a shop to work on my 2006 Chrysler Crossfire. Austin's Chrysler dealerships would not touch it because it was more than 10 years old, and Mercedes would not touch it because it had a Chrysler name badge on it (even though it was basically a Mercedes product). Edgestone was a great help in diagnosing and repairing 3 electrical problems with my Crossfire. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions, and effectively solved all of the electrical problems. The Edgestone mechanic also performed a complete diagnosis of my car and made recommendations for future repairs. I highly recommend Edgestone Automotive.

Drew and the team at Edgestone did a great job w my wife’s VW Atlas. They got us in within 24 hours and kept me updated with what issues they found. Runs great now and will be back for sure. Thanks y’all

My car needed several services performed and a new set of tires. I spoke with Drew and Craig on the phone. They helped me prioritize the services and helped me choose the right tires. The services were done correctly and with care. They were very patient explaining what needed to be done now and what could wait until the next visit. I appreciate their attention to detail and patience.

I’m thankful to have found Edgestone after my long time mechanic closed. Drew is always great and honest. They give a good breakdown of their diagnosis without any pressure to address everything at once. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

Great service. They were able to complete my Volvo's scheduled maintenance for less than the dealer quoted me. After talking to the guys while I waited it seems they are under new ownership and exactly what this area needed. Good honest mechanics are great. They showed me pictures of each important step they completed. I'm going to need new brakes soon but they showed me how much pad I had left instead to replacing parts I don't need yet. Honesty goes a long way with me. Thank you Edgestone crew.

Edgestone is a great choice. They were fast and efficient. Didn't over charge. Didn't push to have unnecessary work done. Diagnosed and fixed the issue in half the time it would have taken for another mechanic to even get the car on the lift. 11/10

Took my vehicle in a few months back to get my brakes replaced, and Edgestone did a phenomenal job, but they made a mistake. Recently I purchased a new set of tires with a tire shop and they informed me that Edgestone had accidentally crossthreaded two of my lug nuts and they were unable to replace the tire. I returned to Edgestone to remedy the issue and they made it right same day no questions asked and free of charge. Excellent customer service all the way around, and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area.

I live in Georgetown and was driving into Dripping Springs for a job and all of the sudden I started hearing a ticking sound after leaving a red light. As I approached the next one, I then heard a hissing sound and pulled into a gas station immediately. I walked around to my rear passenger side 35x12.5 tire and saw a razor blade sticking out of the sidewall. Luckily Edgestone Automotive was in the next parking lot over so I quickly drove over there and unfortunately they had technically not opened for business yet, however I saw Drew on the premises and explained my situation to him and that time was of the essence. He kindly put my Jeep in the front of the line and got my tire changed so fast that I was able to make my appointment on time. HOWEVER, the icing on the cake was when I pulled out my debit card to pay and he said "No Way, I am not charging you". I was shocked and thankful. If I lived in Dripping Springs I wouldn't go anywhere else for automotive services. Thank you for your kindness Drew!

I had the unfortunate circumstance of getting a flat tire right as I was driving down Fitzhugh at 290. Luckily, the staff at Edgestone were right there and helped me right away. The tire was irreparable, but they put the spare tire on for me and refused money when I asked how much for their help. These are good people and I will definitely go back when I need any work done on my car. Thank you!

Drew and the crew at Edgestone are my go-to group for service on my older Jeep Wrangler. They have knowledgeable staff and service. I've been going there for 4 years now and I'll continue to!

I just happened to break down right in front of the shop! The guys really came through and helped me out of a jamb. It’s a friendly, yet professional atmosphere. Most importantly, they did what they said they would. Quote was accurate, pricing was fair and turn around was quick!!! No unwanted “surprises”, just a great job all round. I recently moved to Austin, TX close to the business where I had my 2007 Chevy Silverado Diesel serviced for AC blower issues. The service manager Gary gave me a projected cost for the repairs, but also advised if I did not need certain parts that I ordered, the final cost would be adjusted. Gary was true to his word and the total cost would be approximately $300.00 cheaper than originally quoted. This first impression and honesty presented to me will have a lasting effect on me utilizing and recommending Ben White Automotive to friends and family for future repairs. I highly recommend this business for your automotive repairs.

I was super impressed with the fact they sent me pictures with a clear description of all the things wrong with my car & fixed everything in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Just bought an Infiniti Q70 and took my car there because it's close to my house. Clean shop. I made an appointment, took it in at the appointed time, and they looked at my car right away. They spent at least 30 minutes on it and didn't charge me a thing for the check up. Later I took the car back to have the brake job they recommended. I was in and out within 2 hours. They even let me look under the car when it was lifted to take some pictures. Very professional, clean work, fast, affordable. Both times I went there, I noticed only high end cars there. Probably a reason for that... because people with high end cars want it done right and don't want to pay a stealership for b.s. I will be going back.

First time visitor today. The shop, location and staff are great and very professional. Gary was very helpful in educating me about the recommended oil & filter to maximize the life of my engine on my 2013 Ford F-150 Truck. He also showed me how I can monitor the tread of my tires to know when it is time for a tire rotation. Great service and great folks! I will definitely be back! James
