Outstanding service and prompt and friendly help. They were so helpful and fixed my car quickly and totally. Edgestone is the place I’m taking my cars to as I need work of any type.

When I need repairs done right the first time, this is my “go to” shop.

Great service. They were able to complete my Volvo's scheduled maintenance for less than the dealer quoted me. After talking to the guys while I waited it seems they are under new ownership and exactly what this area needed. Good honest mechanics are great. They showed me pictures of each important step they completed. I'm going to need new brakes soon but they showed me how much pad I had left instead to replacing parts I don't need yet. Honesty goes a long way with me. Thank you Edgestone crew.

Top notch service during the entire repair process. They provided me with a detailed estimate including pictures of the items that needed repairs/replacement. They took the time to explain the entire process and kept me informed of the progress. Excellent service and quality work done same day. I brought my truck into get several issues taken care of and it was not running well at all. They diagnosed the problem and was able to get me my truck fixed the same day. After the tune up and the work that they did, my truck runs great. Gary was honest and knew exactly what was wrong... Edgestone has taken absolutely great care of my car! I love that they text and check how everything went after my visit. I also enjoy just being able to text to make appointments and ask questions. The staff is above professional. I would recommend them above everyone else.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of getting a flat tire right as I was driving down Fitzhugh at 290. Luckily, the staff at Edgestone were right there and helped me right away. The tire was irreparable, but they put the spare tire on for me and refused money when I asked how much for their help. These are good people and I will definitely go back when I need any work done on my car. Thank you!

I have taken my vehicle to Edgestone a few times and every time I drive away a happy customer. This last time I had to have a bit more work done than usual and I was nervous since most places I had ever gone to weren’t honest. Edgestone has always been honest and told when I did and didn’t need something repaired. They are very punctual and keep me updated the entire time. All work done has held and I have never had to take it back. I am now a loyal customer!

I called Ben White Automotive when my vehicle was clearly well over-due for a brake check and repair. Bobby was extremely helpful over the phone and helped me to pre-determine what type of repair work and cost I was in for. Bobby and the mechanics at BWA made sure that I was well aware of the repairs, the warranty on parts and what to expect after the repairs. They reminded me to pop in anytime if I had any questions regarding my recent "check engine light" or my new brake pads and rotors. Because this was a last minute and intense repair for my vehicle, I wasn't as well prepared as I should have been in regards to finding transportation to and from work that day. Bobby and his staff ensured I got to where I needed to go quickly and on time. They also made sure I had arrangements to get back to my vehicle. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service, on all levels...and my vehicle feels like new again!
