I called Ben White Automotive when my vehicle was clearly well over-due for a brake check and repair. Bobby was extremely helpful over the phone and helped me to pre-determine what type of repair work and cost I was in for. Bobby and the mechanics at BWA made sure that I was well aware of the repairs, the warranty on parts and what to expect after the repairs. They reminded me to pop in anytime if I had any questions regarding my recent "check engine light" or my new brake pads and rotors. Because this was a last minute and intense repair for my vehicle, I wasn't as well prepared as I should have been in regards to finding transportation to and from work that day. Bobby and his staff ensured I got to where I needed to go quickly and on time. They also made sure I had arrangements to get back to my vehicle. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service, on all levels...and my vehicle feels like new again!

They didn't have what I needed but was willing to order it and gave info on where I could find it that day.

I was extremely happy with my experience at Edgestone. I had a difficult time finding a shop to work on my 2006 Chrysler Crossfire. Austin's Chrysler dealerships would not touch it because it was more than 10 years old, and Mercedes would not touch it because it had a Chrysler name badge on it (even though it was basically a Mercedes product). Edgestone was a great help in diagnosing and repairing 3 electrical problems with my Crossfire. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions, and effectively solved all of the electrical problems. The Edgestone mechanic also performed a complete diagnosis of my car and made recommendations for future repairs. I highly recommend Edgestone Automotive.

My car needed several services performed and a new set of tires. I spoke with Drew and Craig on the phone. They helped me prioritize the services and helped me choose the right tires. The services were done correctly and with care. They were very patient explaining what needed to be done now and what could wait until the next visit. I appreciate their attention to detail and patience.

The gang at Edgestone did a great job servicing mine and my wife's Toyotas. Really appreciate how close they are in the west side of Austin. They communicated often and gave me a full text roll up what they analyzed and any critical points to service. Well done!

Have been using Edgestone’s services for a few years now. Everyone there is always very professional and happy to help. I’ve never had a complaint. They’ve even advised me NOT to spend money on certain repairs I thought I needed to make in the past. They’ve earned my trust!

Just bought an Infiniti Q70 and took my car there because it's close to my house. Clean shop. I made an appointment, took it in at the appointed time, and they looked at my car right away. They spent at least 30 minutes on it and didn't charge me a thing for the check up. Later I took the car back to have the brake job they recommended. I was in and out within 2 hours. They even let me look under the car when it was lifted to take some pictures. Very professional, clean work, fast, affordable. Both times I went there, I noticed only high end cars there. Probably a reason for that... because people with high end cars want it done right and don't want to pay a stealership for b.s. I will be going back.

Our company delivery truck broke down down the street from Edgestone. I was able to come out and take the part of but was having trouble finding a replacement. Drew printed out multiple engine diagrams for our truck so that we were able to identify what we needed. We got a reasonable price and had the part in hand within 2 hours. There was no pressure to get it serviced on-site which made it possible for my delivery driver and I to have the truck repaired and back on the road and finish the deliveries before the end of day. It's never fun when trucks break down, but I'm very grateful that it broke down near Edgestone.

Outstanding service and prompt and friendly help. They were so helpful and fixed my car quickly and totally. Edgestone is the place I’m taking my cars to as I need work of any type.

I’m thankful to have found Edgestone after my long time mechanic closed. Drew is always great and honest. They give a good breakdown of their diagnosis without any pressure to address everything at once. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

I just happened to break down right in front of the shop! The guys really came through and helped me out of a jamb. It’s a friendly, yet professional atmosphere. Most importantly, they did what they said they would. Quote was accurate, pricing was fair and turn around was quick!!! No unwanted “surprises”, just a great job all round. Excellent service and quality work done same day. I brought my truck into get several issues taken care of and it was not running well at all. They diagnosed the problem and was able to get me my truck fixed the same day. After the tune up and the work that they did, my truck runs great. Gary was honest and knew exactly what was wrong... I have taken my vehicle to Edgestone a few times and every time I drive away a happy customer. This last time I had to have a bit more work done than usual and I was nervous since most places I had ever gone to weren’t honest. Edgestone has always been honest and told when I did and didn’t need something repaired. They are very punctual and keep me updated the entire time. All work done has held and I have never had to take it back. I am now a loyal customer!

I live in Georgetown and was driving into Dripping Springs for a job and all of the sudden I started hearing a ticking sound after leaving a red light. As I approached the next one, I then heard a hissing sound and pulled into a gas station immediately. I walked around to my rear passenger side 35x12.5 tire and saw a razor blade sticking out of the sidewall. Luckily Edgestone Automotive was in the next parking lot over so I quickly drove over there and unfortunately they had technically not opened for business yet, however I saw Drew on the premises and explained my situation to him and that time was of the essence. He kindly put my Jeep in the front of the line and got my tire changed so fast that I was able to make my appointment on time. HOWEVER, the icing on the cake was when I pulled out my debit card to pay and he said "No Way, I am not charging you". I was shocked and thankful. If I lived in Dripping Springs I wouldn't go anywhere else for automotive services. Thank you for your kindness Drew!
