Top notch service during the entire repair process. They provided me with a detailed estimate including pictures of the items that needed repairs/replacement. They took the time to explain the entire process and kept me informed of the progress. Their prices were reasonable for the work done and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

They were quick to get my car in and actually went on a Saturday to get a part that was needed to be able to get my repairs done even though they were closed. Kept me informed on the progress the entire time. First time I had not gone to dealership for my yearly maintenance (Mercedes) and it saved me several hundred dollars. I will be back!

Edgestone is a great choice. They were fast and efficient. Didn't over charge. Didn't push to have unnecessary work done. Diagnosed and fixed the issue in half the time it would have taken for another mechanic to even get the car on the lift. 11/10

Our company delivery truck broke down down the street from Edgestone. I was able to come out and take the part of but was having trouble finding a replacement. Drew printed out multiple engine diagrams for our truck so that we were able to identify what we needed. We got a reasonable price and had the part in hand within 2 hours. There was no pressure to get it serviced on-site which made it possible for my delivery driver and I to have the truck repaired and back on the road and finish the deliveries before the end of day. It's never fun when trucks break down, but I'm very grateful that it broke down near Edgestone.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of getting a flat tire right as I was driving down Fitzhugh at 290. Luckily, the staff at Edgestone were right there and helped me right away. The tire was irreparable, but they put the spare tire on for me and refused money when I asked how much for their help. These are good people and I will definitely go back when I need any work done on my car. Thank you!

I have taken my vehicle to Edgestone a few times and every time I drive away a happy customer. This last time I had to have a bit more work done than usual and I was nervous since most places I had ever gone to weren’t honest. Edgestone has always been honest and told when I did and didn’t need something repaired. They are very punctual and keep me updated the entire time. All work done has held and I have never had to take it back. I am now a loyal customer!

The services were done correctly and with care. They were very patient explaining what needed to be done now and what could wait until the next visit. I was extremely happy with my experience at Edgestone. I had a difficult time finding a shop to work on my 2006 Chrysler Crossfire. Austin's Chrysler dealerships would not touch it because it was more than 10 years old, and Mercedes would not touch it because it had a Chrysler name badge on it (even though it was basically a Mercedes product). Edgestone was a great help in diagnosing and repairing 3 electrical problems with my Crossfire. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions, and effectively solved all of the electrical problems. The Edgestone mechanic also performed a complete diagnosis of my car and made recommendations for future repairs. I highly recommend Edgestone Automotive.
