Edgestone has taken absolutely great care of my car! I love that they text and check how everything went after my visit. I also enjoy just being able to text to make appointments and ask questions. The staff is above professional. I would recommend them above everyone else.

Great service and staff. I had general maintenance work done and was satisfied with the price and the explanation I got about each service provided. I highly recommend the shop for any automotive work.

Excellent service and quality work done same day. I brought my truck into get several issues taken care of and it was not running well at all. They diagnosed the problem and was able to get me my truck fixed the same day. After the tune up and the work that they did, my truck runs great. Gary was honest and knew exactly what was wrong... Just bought an Infiniti Q70 and took my car there because it's close to my house. Clean shop. I made an appointment, took it in at the appointed time, and they looked at my car right away. They spent at least 30 minutes on it and didn't charge me a thing for the check up. Later I took the car back to have the brake job they recommended. I was in and out within 2 hours. They even let me look under the car when it was lifted to take some pictures. Very professional, clean work, fast, affordable. Both times I went there, I noticed only high end cars there. Probably a reason for that... because people with high end cars want it done right and don't want to pay a stealership for b.s. I will be going back.

I've been working with Edgestone since they opened this location. Joe and Drew are great - very helpful and friendly. I have always found them to be honest, fair, and communicative. I highly recommend them for your auto service needs!

They didn't have what I needed but was willing to order it and gave info on where I could find it that day.

I was extremely happy with my experience at Edgestone. I had a difficult time finding a shop to work on my 2006 Chrysler Crossfire. Austin's Chrysler dealerships would not touch it because it was more than 10 years old, and Mercedes would not touch it because it had a Chrysler name badge on it (even though it was basically a Mercedes product). Edgestone was a great help in diagnosing and repairing 3 electrical problems with my Crossfire. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions, and effectively solved all of the electrical problems. The Edgestone mechanic also performed a complete diagnosis of my car and made recommendations for future repairs. I highly recommend Edgestone Automotive.

Outstanding service and communication. Dropped off and picked up the same day. I really liked the Edgestone Cursory Inspection; a link was sent via text with pictures and explanations/notes. Clean facility and friendly staff. I would highly recommend.

Edgestone has been amazing at texting me a health check of my car! Seeing the break downs of what is looking good and what needs TLC helps me keep figure out what is priority. When huge fixes are needed like mine needing brake pads and rotors on both front and rear replace their estimate had a full break down of cost with labor and parts. It also included recommendations for a brake flush. I've been driving my car not quite a week but they have already reached out to see how things were going! I really appreciated that check in. So glad I've found a great place to take my car!

Our company delivery truck broke down down the street from Edgestone. I was able to come out and take the part of but was having trouble finding a replacement. Drew printed out multiple engine diagrams for our truck so that we were able to identify what we needed. We got a reasonable price and had the part in hand within 2 hours. There was no pressure to get it serviced on-site which made it possible for my delivery driver and I to have the truck repaired and back on the road and finish the deliveries before the end of day. It's never fun when trucks break down, but I'm very grateful that it broke down near Edgestone.

So glad we have a shop for Mini coops so close by. Great service!

Trustworthy automotive shop in our neighborhood, they have been good to our cars.

They were quick to get my car in and actually went on a Saturday to get a part that was needed to be able to get my repairs done even though they were closed. Kept me informed on the progress the entire time. First time I had not gone to dealership for my yearly maintenance (Mercedes) and it saved me several hundred dollars. I will be back!

I just happened to break down right in front of the shop! The guys really came through and helped me out of a jamb. It’s a friendly, yet professional atmosphere. Most importantly, they did what they said they would. Quote was accurate, pricing was fair and turn around was quick!!! No unwanted “surprises”, just a great job all round. Thanks again guys for getting me back on the road!

This place was so nice - I was Stranded and broke down and desperately looking- they made it so much better - Even though I live 2 hours away I will use them again- Thank you Drew and Edgestone for a pleasant experience!!! 🤝

I called Ben White Automotive when my vehicle was clearly well over-due for a brake check and repair. Bobby was extremely helpful over the phone and helped me to pre-determine what type of repair work and cost I was in for. Bobby and the mechanics at BWA made sure that I was well aware of the repairs, the warranty on parts and what to expect after the repairs. They reminded me to pop in anytime if I had any questions regarding my recent "check engine light" or my new brake pads and rotors. Because this was a last minute and intense repair for my vehicle, I wasn't as well prepared as I should have been in regards to finding transportation to and from work that day. Bobby and his staff ensured I got to where I needed to go quickly and on time. They also made sure I had arrangements to get back to my vehicle. I can't say enough about the amazing customer service, on all levels...and my vehicle feels like new again!
