Love everyone at Edgestone! Great service, honest and on time. After the initial diagnosis and quote, the mechanic found that I actually didn't need some of the new parts. Rather than replace them anyway and bill me, they updated the quote and didn't replace working parts. Class act.

The team at Edgestone Automotive restored my confidence in my Mini. They were quick to pinpoint/fix the issues and had me back on the road the next day! Happy customer. It’s SO nice to have a reliable garage that’s close to home and not have to trek an hour to the dealership. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have taken my vehicle to Edgestone a few times and every time I drive away a happy customer. This last time I had to have a bit more work done than usual and I was nervous since most places I had ever gone to weren’t honest. Edgestone has always been honest and told when I did and didn’t need something repaired. They are very punctual and keep me updated the entire time. All work done has held and I have never had to take it back. I am now a loyal customer!

The gang at Edgestone did a great job servicing mine and my wife's Toyotas. Really appreciate how close they are in the west side of Austin. They communicated often and gave me a full text roll up what they analyzed and any critical points to service. Well done!

They were quick to get my car in and actually went on a Saturday to get a part that was needed to be able to get my repairs done even though they were closed. Kept me informed on the progress the entire time. First time I had not gone to dealership for my yearly maintenance (Mercedes) and it saved me several hundred dollars. I will be back!

They diagnosed and fixed my vehicle for a reasonable price. Service was good, they kept me up to date with everything. Will be coming back.

They didn't have what I needed but was willing to order it and gave info on where I could find it that day.

Great service. They were able to complete my Volvo's scheduled maintenance for less than the dealer quoted me. After talking to the guys while I waited it seems they are under new ownership and exactly what this area needed. Good honest mechanics are great. They showed me pictures of each important step they completed. I'm going to need new brakes soon but they showed me how much pad I had left instead to replacing parts I don't need yet. Honesty goes a long way with me. Thank you Edgestone crew.

Excellent service and quality work done same day. I brought my truck into get several issues taken care of and it was not running well at all. They diagnosed the problem and was able to get me my truck fixed the same day. After the tune up and the work that they did, my truck runs great. Gary was honest and knew exactly what was wrong... Our company delivery truck broke down down the street from Edgestone. I was able to come out and take the part of but was having trouble finding a replacement. Drew printed out multiple engine diagrams for our truck so that we were able to identify what we needed. We got a reasonable price and had the part in hand within 2 hours. There was no pressure to get it serviced on-site which made it possible for my delivery driver and I to have the truck repaired and back on the road and finish the deliveries before the end of day. It's never fun when trucks break down, but I'm very grateful that it broke down near Edgestone.

Edgestone has taken absolutely great care of my car! I love that they text and check how everything went after my visit. I also enjoy just being able to text to make appointments and ask questions. The staff is above professional. I would recommend them above everyone else.

Top notch service during the entire repair process. They provided me with a detailed estimate including pictures of the items that needed repairs/replacement. They took the time to explain the entire process and kept me informed of the progress. Have been using Edgestone’s services for a few years now. Everyone there is always very professional and happy to help. I’ve never had a complaint. They’ve even advised me NOT to spend money on certain repairs I thought I needed to make in the past. They’ve earned my trust!

I was extremely happy with my experience at Edgestone. I had a difficult time finding a shop to work on my 2006 Chrysler Crossfire. Austin's Chrysler dealerships would not touch it because it was more than 10 years old, and Mercedes would not touch it because it had a Chrysler name badge on it (even though it was basically a Mercedes product). Edgestone was a great help in diagnosing and repairing 3 electrical problems with my Crossfire. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions, and effectively solved all of the electrical problems. The Edgestone mechanic also performed a complete diagnosis of my car and made recommendations for future repairs. I highly recommend Edgestone Automotive.

I’m thankful to have found Edgestone after my long time mechanic closed. Drew is always great and honest. They give a good breakdown of their diagnosis without any pressure to address everything at once. I definitely recommend giving them a try.
